Customised 2-day Waiheke island tour includes:

  • Day 1 - Scenic and fun driving tour with long time locals of Waiheke Island, the western villages, beaches, views, local island facts and stories.

  • 1 (or 2) hour guided hike through stunning native forest and beaches with some local history.

  • Lunch at gorgeous beachfront restaurant in Onetangi.

  • Your afternoon could include local art studio visits, a secret garden or a sculpture walk.

  • Your evening inludes a delicious dinner prepared for you by your private (ex-superyachts) chef Vicki, at your relaxing accommodation near Onetangi Beach.

  • Continental breakfast served with valley and vineyard views.

  • Day 2 - Scenic tour to the remote eastern end - Fort Stony Batter tunnels visit , then on to the unique, waterfront vineyard Man O’ War Winery for wine tasting and lunch platter. (Or choose platter and Gin tasting at the Waiheke Island Distillery.

  • Minimum of 2 people, maximum 3 in electric car.

  • OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Ecozip ziplining or Waiheke GIn Distillery Gin tasting

Your night

Stay at beautiful Totara Cottage, iWalkWaiheke’s own guest house in Onetangi. This colourful home sleeps 4 in 1 x double room in the main cottage, and 1 x twin garden room. The double and twin room share the cottage bathroom. Relaxing open plan living area and kitchen where your chef will prepare a dinner to enjoy on the veranda with valley and vineyard views.
